Do you offer scheduled contract maintenance or just one-off visits?
Both. Most clients take a scheduled programme — weekly, fortnightly or monthly through the season — so the site is always kept on top of. We also do seasonal and one-off visits. We'll recommend the right frequency on the site survey based on the site and your contract requirements.
What does a grounds maintenance visit include?
Typically grass cutting (ride-on and pedestrian), strimming, edging and borders, hedge and shrub work, litter picking, leaf clearance and hard-surface sweeping. We agree the exact scope up front and stick to it, and the team leaves the site clean every visit.
Do you maintain council parks and public open space?
Yes. We carry out grounds and planting work for councils — including Alkincoats Park for Colne Town Council — and we hold the accreditations and insurance that public-sector contracts require.
