1. Quotations

All quotations provided by GGT Ltd are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if site conditions differ.


2. Scope of Works

All works will be carried out as outlined in the agreed quotation or contract. Any additional works requested may be subject to additional charges.


3. Access & Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access to the site. GGT Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing or delay works where access is restricted or conditions differ from those expected.


4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed prior to commencement of works. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

GGT Ltd reserves the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.


5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a charge
  • Where resources, labour, or equipment have been allocated, costs may still apply
  • Failure to provide access on the agreed date may be treated as a late cancellation

6. Delays & Weather

GGT Ltd will not be held liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, site restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Works may be rescheduled where necessary to ensure safety and quality.


7. Health & Safety

All works are carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards. GGT Ltd reserves the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.


8. Liability

GGT Ltd holds appropriate insurance cover. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects
  • We are not responsible for underground services not disclosed prior to works
  • Liability is limited to the value of the works carried out

9. Waste & Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, all waste generated during works will be removed and disposed of responsibly. Any additional disposal requirements may incur extra charges.


10. Complaints

Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of completion of works. GGT Ltd will aim to resolve any issues promptly and professionally
