Acceptance and Cancellation of Orders
- When you place an order with GGT Ltd for close board gate product(s), you commit to buying under the specified terms. Consequently, once GGT Ltd confirms your order, you cannot cancel it. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you review your orders thoroughly before agreeing to these terms and before making any payment.
Manufacturing Tolerance
- GGT Ltd applies a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 3% to all gate orders. This tolerance compensates for minor variations in the manufacturing process. By placing an order, you recognize and consequently accept this level of tolerance.
Specifications and Manufacturing Time of Products
- You must ensure the accuracy of all specifications for custom gate orders. GGT Ltd is not responsible for any issues that arise from incorrect or incomplete information. Typically, we aim to complete the manufacturing of gates within 10 days from the confirmation of an order. However, please note, this timeline is an estimate and may vary.
Delivery and Installation
- GGT Ltd estimates delivery dates which may change due to production schedules and external factors. Accordingly, we will keep you informed of any changes to the delivery schedule. Furthermore, if you select installation services, we will provide additional terms at the time of scheduling.
Payment and Pricing
- You must pay the full amount at the time of order placement. The price at the time of your order includes the cost of the gate and any additional services selected, such as delivery or installation. Once confirmed, all prices are final.
Warranty and Liability
- GGT Ltd ensures all gates are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. You must make claims for defects within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Moreover, the warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation, or maintenance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The laws of the United Kingdom govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
